Robin wanted to expand their library of actionable assets for workplace managers and experience planners. These included checklists, annual research reports, ebooks, and guidebooks to help workplace leaders build more inclusive and functional workspaces.

This setup checklist, an example of a non-gated asset, helped readers plan functional and comfortable workspaces for hybrid and decentralized teams. The content supports Robin’s innovative room scheduling and hotdesking software.

Databox wanted to showcase their impressive list of customers with stories on how their suite of reporting dashboard tools helped companies visualize their performance and track the right metrics for growth. This project included case studies for Harmon Brothers, Taos, ClearPivot, Auden Digital, and others.

As part of an ongoing engagement of weekly blog articles and monthly lead generation assets, Vendr partnered with CapChase to create educational content on software pricing and negotiation, the heart of Vendr’s software-based mission to help clients streamline their SaaS spend, avoid redundant tooling, and make software buying more cost-efficient and transparent.

Client: sendoso

Sendoso offers an ABM gifting platform that helps clients reach out to their prospects and customers with highly relevant gifting options powered by AI. The ongoing blogging engagement provided readers with strategies and ideas for adding the personal touch to ABM, including specialty gift guides, commemorative day ideas, omnichannel marketing advice, and strategies for building internal business relationships through team-building and employee appreciation efforts.

Client: BetterUp

BetterUp, a leading personal and professional coaching platform, drives engagement with a variety of wellbeing, mental wellness, personal development, and professional management content. This project was to provide ongoing weekly content to support the brand’s continued revenue growth and authority within the coaching and professional development space.

The substance of BetterUp’s content goes beyond SEO strategies with deep insights from peer-reviewed studies and subject-matter experts.


Ebooks and sales enablement assets

Client Industry: marketing automation

A leading email marketing platform wanted to create lead-generation assets targeting several client personas, including marketing agencies and multi-location retailers.

The project deliverables included several ebooks covering topics relevant to these audiences: A tactical guide for AI use and a guide for localization and centralized messaging. The project also produced several pillar pages and tool comparison assets to enhance site authority and organic search performance.


Blogging: Finance & accounting content

ClienT Industry: Corporate finance

A cloud-based FP&A platform needed ongoing content to connect with its core audience of midmarket finance and accounting teams. The project included weekly educational content covering topics such as corporate accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.

The project also included SEO content, such as tool comparisons and “best of” roundups of complementary tool categories (for instance, workforce management tools) to increase subject matter authority and provide added value to the brand’s readership.

A leading video messaging app needed to refresh its product and use case pages to better align its messaging with its core business personas.

The project deliverables were a mix of refreshed content on current product pages and the creation of new pages that maintained the brand's voice and personality while adhering to site layout and character constraints.

Additionally, this project provided blog content with features education and step-by-step tutorials to help users get the most out of the platform across desktop, mobile, and in-browser use.
